Anyone with a Topupmeters smart prepayment meter can now register an account to benefit from the new account features

At Topupmeters we’re always looking for ways to make life easier for landlords and tenants when it comes to recharging energy. To this end we have made it even easier to purchase energy with the new customer account login. Users can now register an account and save their meter and payment methods for much quicker top-ups. The web portal also shows remaining credit and recent transaction history.

Benefits of logging in

  • SAVE YOUR METER AND PAYMENT METHODS FOR NEXT TIME

With the standard topup procedure you have to enter the full meter serial number and ID code every time you want to purchase energy.  By logging in these details can be stored for next time.  The same applies to payment methods, credit and debt cards are stored securely on the Stripe network to save having to re-enter card details every time.

  • CHECK REMAINING BALANCE

See how much credit is left on the meter before and after topping up.  If there’s plenty left then you may want to put off topping up for a few days.  The balance is updated at least once a day.

  • ADD MULTIPLE METERS

Have more than 1 meter?  Add as many as you like and give each one a name or address to describe it.

  • REVIEW RECENT TOP-UPS

See details of the last top-up such as when it was purchased, how much for, the unique transaction code and status.  This makes it managing your finances even easier without having to go trawling through email receipts.

  • FASTER CHECKOUT PROCESS

No need to re-enter your payment method every time as these can be saved securely for one-click top-ups.  Simply click Topup, select one of the fixed top-up amounts, and make payment using the preferred payment method.

  • MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS

Manage your profile to disable automatic notifications when credit is running low.  Set the email and phone number so we know how to contact you.
